- First go to the hosting spreadsheet to find out which server the site is being hosted on, see below for an example:
- Once logged into Toadhall, click on list accounts at the top:

- Search for your site:

- Then click on the cPanel icon on your site, see below:

- Look on the right-hand side (scroll down) and confirm the disk usage has exceeded its limit, in this example it hasn’t yet:

- Then go back to Toadhall and in the left-hand menu, search for Package and then click on upgrade/downgrade an account, see below:
- Then search for your site, see below:
Then click on the site and then select modify.
- Next is to find the next upgrade (for this example we are currently on a small package). So, we need to search for the word Medium, see below:
Select your relevant package and then hit upgrade.
- To confirm this was successful, go back to the cPanel tab and check the disk usage again (this should have changed if done correctly).
- The last thing is to update the hosting spreadsheet, changing the package in the package column and adding a note as to why the change, along with the date of this change.
