1. First go to the hosting spreadsheet to find out which server the site is being hosted on, see below for an example:

  2. Once logged into Toadhall, click on list accounts at the top:

  3. Search for your site: Picture
  4. Then click on the cPanel icon on your site, see below: Picture
  5. Look on the right-hand side (scroll down) and confirm the disk usage has exceeded its limit, in this example it hasn’t yet:

  6. Then go back to Toadhall and in the left-hand menu, search for Package and then click on upgrade/downgrade an account, see below:

  7. Then search for your site, see below:

    Then click on the site and then select modify. 
  8. Next is to find the next upgrade (for this example we are currently on a small package). So, we need to search for the word Medium, see below:

    Select your relevant package and then hit upgrade. 
  9. To confirm this was successful, go back to the cPanel tab and check the disk usage again (this should have changed if done correctly). 
  10. The last thing is to update the hosting spreadsheet, changing the package in the package column and adding a note as to why the change, along with the date of this change.
